A truck driver spilled a load of scrap onto the highway Tuesday morning just before 6:30, when he came off the ramp too fast from I-71 onto 30 eastbound and tipped over near the Koogle road exit. No one was injured in the accident, but 30 East and the ramp to I-71 was closed for roughly two hours, while the mess was cleaned up.
