Richland County Commissioners Express Concern Over Municipal Court Costs

The Richland County Commissioners expressed their concern Tuesday after the county's yearly cost of Municipal court operations went up 39%. RichlandSource.com reports the city of Mansfield billed the county for nearly $357,000, which is more than $100,000 more than it did in 2017. Richland County, according to State law, pays 40% of the Municipal court operations.
