The teen who has been charged with setting a fatal fire in Mansfield has waived his preliminary hearing, which was scheduled for Wednesday - that according to RichlandSource.com.

18 year old Roscoe Hunter has been charged with aggravated arson, after he is accused of starting a fire at a vacant home, which spread next door and claimed the life of a 3 year old girl. Hunter will now likely see his case move to the Grand Jury .
