Lauren London's Touching Father's Day Post For Nipsey Hussle Is A Must-See

Lauren London remembered Nipsey Hussle on the first Father's Day since his untimely death.

On Sunday (June 16), London took to Instagram to share a touching post in honor of the rapper, who was fatally shot outside of his California clothing short on March 31. "One of the reasons I fell in Love with You…. Your Fatherhood. Today we celebrate You. Love you Ermias," London captioned a sweet photo of the two spending time with Kross, 2. Over on her Instagram Stories, the 34-year-old actress kept the tributes coming, sharing the same photo with the caption: "Happy Father’s Day to The Great." In a follow-up post, she revealed that she "sent a lot of prayers to Heaven last night."

Lauren's Father's Day post is the latest honor she's sent towards the late hip-hop heavyweight. Back on Easter Sunday, London unveiled a black-and-white photo of the two holding each other in what looks like some kind of red carpet event. During the rapper's funeral on April 11, London spoke about her boyfriend of six years, sharing the many qualities that made her fall in love with him. "His soul was majestic. He was the strongest man that I ever knew," she said. "A gentle father, a patient leader, a divine light. He was brilliant. He researched everything, completely self-taught, constantly seeking knowledge."

Meanwhile, Nipsey Hussle's family is back in the news after they argued that they should retain custody of his other child, Emani Asghedom, 10, with Tanisha Foster due to her track record with her other two children. In addition, the family believes that Foster is unworthy of custody because of her past and current legal issues.
