Madison Board Votes To Pay Superintendent Through 2019-2020 School Year

The Madison Board of Education voted 4-1 last night to approve the resignation agreement for Superintendent Shelley Hildebrand.

The deal will see Hildebrand paid through the end of the 2019-2020 school year. RichlandSource.com reports her annual salary is $115,000. Board member Jeff Myers said "We had no choice, we signed a 3 year deal and had to honor that. Hildebrand, was placed on paid leave last September.
