Land Bank Secures EPA Grant To Clean Up Former Swan Cleaners building

The Richland County Land Bank has secured an EPA grant of $411,000.

RichlandSource.com reports the money will be used towards the former Swan Cleaners building on Park Ave West that went out of business back in 2014. Land Bank manager Amy Hamrick says the cleanup work should begin in the fall around October.
