Angela Woodward officially sworn- in to Ashland City Council

Angela Woodward was officially sworn- in Tuesday night to Ashland City Council, as she was selected to fill the open seat in Ashland's 4th Ward, after Al Farnam passed away earlier this spring.

Woodard is the executive director of the Ashland County Cancer Association.Woodard was one of 4 people vying for the open seat. The term runs through 2021.
