Mansfield City Council to Discuss Idea To Build Skate Park and Playground

Mansfield City Council is set to meet tonight and on the agenda is the idea to build a skate park and playground at Maple Lake Park.The cost would be $200,000 and would come from the Parks and Recreation Fund.

RichlandSource.com reports Mayor Tim Theaker said the park would cost between $130,000 to $150,000 and the rest would be for playground equipment.Mansfield Parks Manager Mark Abrams has been working with a company on the project.
