Demolition of Former Ocean Buffet Building in Ontario Underway

Demolition of the former Ocean Buffet building on Lexington-Springmill Road in Ontario is underway.

A shopping plaza will be built that is expected to see 5 business move into it. Ontario City Councilman Mark Weidemyre said he believes two of the businesses moving in are 5 Guys and Panda Express, but the other 3 are not yet known. The hope is for worked to be finished this fall or by early winter of this year.
