Madison Township Dollar General Store Sold For Just Over $1.2 Million

The Dollar General Store in Madison Township was recently sold for just over $1.2 million dollars, according to RichlandSource.com.

The store on Park Ave East is on 1.1 acres of land and is just over 9,000 square feet.The Madison store is one of 900 the company plans to open this year. There are more than 15,000 Dollar General stores in the US.
