Ashland Approves Pay Raise For Non-Union Employees

Ashland City Council recently approved a pay raise of 2.5% for non-union employees.

RichlandSource.com reports that the non-union employees will also see improved life insurance benefits and a stipend for education. Only about 31% of Ashland's employees are non-union.
