Richland County Children Services Executive Director Turns In Resignation

Richland County Children Services Executive Director Patricia Harrelson turned in her resignation this week after 6 years on the job. Nikki Harless has been appointed interim director, effective July 1st. The Children's Services board says it will soon begin its search for a new Executive Director.
