Angela Woodward Selected To Fill Open Seat in Ashland's 4th Ward

A unanimous vote yesterday Tuesday by City Council selected Angela Woodward to fill the open seat in Ashland's 4th Ward.

Woodard is the executive director of the Ashland County Cancer Association and takes over for Al Farnam, who passed away earlier this year. Woodard was one of 4 people vying for the open seat. The term runs through 2021.
