Richland County to Apply for Close to $300,000 in Block Grant Funds

Richland County is set to apply for just under $300,000 in Community Development Block Grant Funds. RichlandSource.com reports the money would be used to replace the roof at Dayspring, help fix 5 county homes that were damaged in April's tornado and reduce RCT fares for the elderly and those with disabilities. The plan is to file the application by the middle of June.
