Michael Miller is the CEO of the Renaissance Performing Arts Association. His passion for the performing arts began at the age of six, when he performed on stage for the very first time with the Mansfield YMCA Boys Choir, By the age of 12, he had debuted at The Kennedy Center, New York City Opera, the Metropolitan Opera and Los Angeles Civic Light Opera.

Michael attended the College of Wooster and The Florida State University as a musical theater major and graduated from The Recording Workshop, as a recording engineer in 1982. He moved to New York City in 1982 and co-founded Soundprism Creative Services, Inc., a recording studio/production house and later founded MCM Productions a production/audio design consulting company. He designed Music Mapping Systems for several Broadway shows including Chess, City of Angels, and Les Miserables.

In 1993 he moved to Los Angeles where he produced and engineered music for many films and television shows. Michael continues to perform and act both at the Renaissance and regionally. Most recently he appeared in the Oscar Nominated Film, “Marshall” Starring Chadwick Boseman where he was featured in a scene with Josh Gad.

Michael has two children, Kyle 23 and Jessica 20 and is celebrating 32 years of marriage with his high school sweetheart, Deborah. He is also President of Miller’s Diamond Jewelry, a 68-year-old family owned business, since 1997.
