A Mansfield Police car was struck by a driver that ran a red light just after 2 am on Wednesday. The incident took place at the intersection of East 3rd Street and North Main St. The driver of the pickup truck was cited and not injured. Lt. Randy Carver was taken to the hospital and was treated and released. The Police car was towed from the scene.
