Fredericktown Police Looking For Suspect In Dollar General Store Break-In

Fredericktown Police Lieutenant Kyle Johnson said, on Monday May 13th at approximately 2:17 am, subjects forced entry into the Fredericktown Dollar General Store on Malibu Circle and removed merchandise to include cough medicine, cell phone charges, tobacco and other miscellaneous merchandise.

It appeared the suspect vehicle had been parked along the S.R. 13 bypass, north of S.R. 95 and the subjects carried the items from the Dollar General Store, across the field to their vehicle, Johnson said.

The police department is seeking information from the public, if you were in the area of S.R. 13 and S.R. 95 between 2:00 am and 4:00 am on May 13th and can provide a description on a vehicle parked along the roadway, please contact the Fredericktown Police Crime Tip Line at 740-694-9222, Option #8 or you can email an anonymous via the police department website at www.fredericktownpolice.com.

The case remains under investigation.
