Close to 300 Students Take Part in NCSC Spring Commencement

North Central State College held its Spring Commencement last Friday. Nearly 300 students took part in the ceremony held at the Campus Recreation Center. The guest speaker was Randy Gardner, Chancellor, Ohio Department of Higher Education.
