Ashland County Land Bank To Take Control of Pump House Ministries Building

A $123,000 IRS lien on the Pump House Ministries office building in Ashland will be paid by the Land Bank.

Funding will be ensured through a $50,000 line of credit with Sutton Bank. Ashland County commissioner and Land Bank president Denny Bittle told RichlandSource.com he sees the property as a potential service center for county officials and community organizations.
