Ashland County Home considered total loss after fire

A home in Ashland County is considered a total loss after a fire earlier this week.The fire happened Tuesday on County road 1754 just north of Hayesville. Four pets died in the fire, as the owners were not home when fire started.The exact cause is not yet known, as an investigation into the incident continues.Fire fighters from four departments were called to the scene. A Go Fund Me account has already raised over $5,000 to help the family.
