Ashland County United Way Not Able to Fund Library Program

The Ashland County United Way fell 17% short of its $990,000 campaign goal for 2019.

RichlandSource.com reports Because of that, the United Way will not be able to fund the Dolly Parton Imagination Library program this year. The program, which has been going on since 2012 and cost around $39,000 per year, provided a book to every child, newborn to 5 years of age.
