Agreement Reached in Lawsuit against Ashland University

A lawsuit brought against Ashland University by six former tenured professors ended Friday evening, as both sides have reached an agreement. The trial, which began in Ashland County Common Pleas Court Wednesday, ended after about one day of plaintiffs' testimony. Plaintiffs' attorney Leslie Murray told RichlandSource.com the agreement includes a condition of confidentiality, thereby limiting the commentary she could provide on the matter.
