Most Shelby Businesses Affected by Tornado Back Open

Most of the Shelby businesses affected by Sunday’s Tornado have reopened along State Route 39. RichlandSource.com reports Officials say 60% of Shelby lost power Sunday and close to 95% had their power back on within about 3 hours.
