Richland County Commissioners Approve $27,000 EPA Study

The Richland County Commissioners Thursday approved $27,000 for a study to comply with EPA storm water regulations. The news comes after last month a new $1.3 million storm water utility program was discussed that would affect those who reside in Mifflin, Springfield, Washington and Madison Townships. The cost would be around $36 per year and could start in 2021.
