Mansfield Police Officers Involved In Shooting Return to Duty Monday

The Mansfield Division of Police conducted an initial administrative review of the officer involved shooting at 650 West Straub Rd Apt #208. Officer Matt Davis, Officer Thayne Telquist, and Officer Scott Kotterman will be reinstated to full duty beginning April 8th, 2019. The primary investigation being conducted by BCI&I is still pending. Once BCI&I’s independent investigation is completed, it will be presented to the Richland County Prosecutor’s Office for review.
