Ashland Purchases Equipment to Repair Pot Holes

Ashland is purchasing 3 pieces of equipment to help repair pot holes in the city.

RichlandSource.com reports City Council approved the purchase of an asphalt milling machine, compact track loader and a hydraulic fork, which came to a total cost of $72,644. Ashland mayor Matt Miller said this new equipment will allow the street crews to pave larger sections.

Ashland also agreed to lease a garbage truck from Premier Truck Sales and Rental, which will cost $5,900 for a 13 month lease.
