Man Arrested in North Carolina After Assault on Loudonville Police Officer
A 35 year old man has been arrested in North Carolina following an assault on a Loudonville Police officer earlier this month.RichlandSource.com reports John Corey was taken into custody by the US Marshals in the early hours of Monday morning in Durham, North Carolina. Back on March 2nd, a Loudonville Police officer tried to pull Corey over, but he took off and eventually crashed his vehicle. Corey, who was also wanted on drug charges, fought with the officer and eluded being arrested. He will remain in North Carolina pending extradition back to Ohio.
