Former Principal Files Lawsuit Against Mansfield City Schools

A former Assistant Principal with the Mansfield City Schools has filed a lawsuit against the school. Fuzzie Davis was placed on paid administrative leave back in January of 2018 and later terminated, for failing to report a teacher, who made a sexually explicit comment to a student.

RichlandSource.com reports that Davis was found to have been wrongfully terminated, according to a Referee that made the ruling back in December of 2018. The complaint says the district did not warn or reprimand Davis, also did not sit down and talk with her either. The lawsuit is asking the court to order the school district to reinstate Davis back into her job in the school district.
