Richland County Land Bank acquires three properties

The Richland County Land Bank has acquired three more properties, according to RichlandSource.com. Two of the structures are on Sturges Ave (63 and 65 Sturges) and the other is at 624 Burns Street. The Land Bank will now evaluate the properties and could auction them off in a couple of months.The board was impressed with the potential of the inside of the buildings on Sturges. This news comes after the Land Bank officially acquired the Swan Cleaners location on Park Avenue West in January.
