Mansfield committee hopes to build Memorial Monument

A Mansfield committee is putting a plan to build a monument to honor families who lost a loved one, who served in the military.The Gold Star Families Memorial Monument committee hopes to get approval from the Richland County Commissioners this Thursday ( Jan. 31 st ) . The group wants to install the monument in front of the Richland County Courthouse. RichlandSource.com reports, The committee, after getting approval, will then start to raise money for the project, which will cost $55,000 -$75,000 .
