The Richland County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an incident during the weekend snowstorm, where a snow plow and train collided. The incident took place on Saturday, where a Shiloh village snow plow got stuck on the train tracks and was hit by a CSX train coming northbound on Main Street. The Richland County Sheriff’s Office says the driver of the plow only had 1 to 2 minutes before the train came through town. The truck was totaled and the train’s front end suffered damage. There were no injuries in the incident.
