Ashland City Council approved just over $183,000 toward the Cleveland Avenue bridge project. RichlandSource.com reports that the condition of the bridge was worse than initially thought and wasn’t discovered until about midway through construction. The extra money to cover the expense for the bridge will come from the city’s storm water fund.
