Shelby Police Chief Lance Combs praised two of his officers after they saved a man last week from harming himself on the Whitney Avenue Bridge. RichlandSource.com reports, officers Sean Nolen and John Guisinger were able to pull the man to safety, after he talked about suicide. Combs spoke about his officer’s bravery, compassion and the initiative they took in the rescue.
