A Former Trooper with the Ashland Post of the Highway Patrol is facing up to 16 years in prison, after he used a spy camera to video tape females between the ages of 14 and 18. Tyler Anderson was arrested back in August and could be ordered to pay fines of up to $32,000. RichlandSource.com reports, Anderson plead guilty to a bill of information, which waived his right to have his case heard by a Grand Jury. Anderson will be sentenced on December 17th.
