A Mansfield man has been charged with felonious assault and assault on a police officer, after an incident in the early hours of Wednesday on Fifth Street. RichlandSource.com reports, 48 year old Bradley Brewer became angry with his child, slapped the victim, and became threatening with a gun. Brewer was drunk was cops arrived and ordered his dog to attack a Mansfield police officer, who had to shoot the dog to stop from attacking him. Brewer ran from police, punched an officer in the chin and later admitted to training his animal to Attack Police.
