Demolition is underway on the former Mansfield YMCA building at 455 Park Avenue West. Back in August, the city moved $500,000 from the PRIDE Tax fund into the demolition fund, to help with the cost of tearing down the YMCA. RichlandSource.com reports, right now Asbestos is being removed and should take a month or two to complete, followed by the demolition of the building.
