Ontario Police say three Mansfield teenagers have confessed to shooting out the windows in over 20 vehicles back in September in Ontario and other parts of Richland County. The investigation says that around $10,000 in damages took place as result of the windows being shot out. The case has been handed over to the Richland County Juvenile Court.
