Richland County Children Services Levy on November 6th Ballot

Richland County Children Services has a replacement tax levy on the November 6th ballot. The levy is 1 Mill for 10 years, which will cost the owner of a $100,000 home about $35 per year or .10 cents a day.  The levy was first passed back in 1999. 37% of the agencies budget comes from the levy, 57% comes from the Federal government and just 6% comes from the State of Ohio.
