A man from West Salem has been arrested for OVI, after he crashed his car into a buggy in Ashland County on Sunday night. The Highway Patrol says that 47 year old Patrick Muscaro did not keep clear distance, when he hit the rear of the buggy on US 224. The buggy was carrying a family of 7 people, a man and wife, along with their 5 children. All 7 people were ejected from the buggy and 2 of the children, along with their father, 31 year old Andy Swartzentruber of Sullivan, were taken by life flight to Akron.
