Ontario officials have begun talks about the 2019 budget and upgrading the city building’s heating and cooling system, along with the generator, is among several items under discussion. Richland Source.com reports, that both would take a huge chucks of the budget. There have been talks about repaving Lexington- Springmill road, which mayor Randy Hutchinson feels will take two years. Ontario was quoted on the price of salt for winter and the price has more than doubled from last year. This year’s price is just over $83 per ton, while one year ago the price tag was $39 per ton.
