ANXIETY DISCUSSION

University Hospitals Samaritan Medical Center’s Todd Yordy will present “Anxiety” on Thursday, October 11 from 5– 6 p.m. The free presentation will be held at UH Samaritan on Main, 663 East Main Street.

Feeling anxious from time to time is normal, but excessive anxiety may indicate the presence of an anxiety disorder. Because anxiety can cause physical symptoms such as a fast heart rate and shakiness, it’s important to know the symptoms to seek help. Yordy, a counselor, will talk about the different anxiety disorders, the symptoms, and treatment options.

Please register for this program by calling 419-207-2563 or e-mail Steven.Baldridge@UHhospitals.org. For a complete listing of upcoming events, visit UHSamaritan.org.
