A dump truck that tipped over on the corner of Park Avenue West and Lexington Springmill road snarled traffic for nearly 2 and a half hours on Tuesday in Ontario. Police say the truck was carrying a heavy load of scrap and tipped when turning onto Lexington Springmill road. No one was injured in the accident that took place around 8:45 a.m.
