The Ashland Highway Patrol is investigating a hit skip accident that took place on Monday evening on County Road 1600. A white or silver sedan driven by a teenage or early 20’s male hit a man driving a Honda Civic and took off. The driver of the civic did have some injuries and was taken to the hospital. The Ashland Highway Patrol says the person they are looking for is a white male, spiked hair and would have damage to the white or silver sedan’s front end. The male that fled the scene told the victim, he did not have a license and that had to go tell his parents. He drove off and did not come back before authorities arrived.
