Crestline Police Chief Joe Butler has been placed on administrative leave, according to RichlandSource.com. The exact reason is not known at this time, as the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office has yet to comment on that matter. Crestline Police Officer Brandon Kitzmiller will take over as the acting manager in charge of the department.
