The Richland County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a runaway juvenile from Mansfield. 14 year old Payton Harbin has been missing for over a week and has not been since August 19th. Harbin is a black male, 5’01”, 103 lbs, black hair and brown eyes. Anyone with information is urged to call the Richland County Sheriff’s Office at 524-2412.
