A 19 year old Ashland man has been charged with aggravated arson, after he is believed to have set a home on fire twice earlier this month. Ashland Police took into custody Zachary Osborn following fires set at 146 Lee Avenue on August 2nd and August 8th. Ashland County Prosecutor Chris Tunnell said Osborn is an ex-boyfriend of a girl who used to live at the home. Osborn is believed to have been angered by the breakup and slashed the tires of a car at the home before setting it on fire. Bond has been set at $250,000 for Osborn, who is due back in court on Wednesday.
