Kroger Plans to get Rid of Plastic Bags by 2025

Kroger says it plans to get rid of plastic bags at its stores by 2025. The chain says the move to re-usable bags will protect the planet for future generations. Kroger sent over 90 million pounds of food to food banks last year and wants to reduce the amount of waste it sends to the landfill by the year 2020.
