Mansfield City Council this week approve the contracts to tear down 3 structures in the city. The former YMCA building at 455 Park Avenue West will cost $565,000 to knock down and hopes to demolished by the end of this year. The church at 168 Buckingham St. will also demolished at the cost of $77,000. The property at 465 South Diamond will also be coming down at a cost that won't exceed $49,000.
