Ground Breaking is set to get underway late this month in Mansfield for two new buildings for treatment of addiction. Richland County Mental Health Executive Director Joe Trolian stated in a release, a 16 bed residential treatment facility for women with addictions and a Withdrawal Management (Detox) facility will be built on Scholl Road. The construction process is expected to take 9-12 months. The hope is to be up and running by sometime in the late spring of next year.
