Ontario City Council Tables Legislation on Concession Stands

Ontario City Council tabled its legislation on regulating concession stands this week. RichlandSource.com reports, Council was asked to do so by city Law Director Andrew Medwid, who wants to do more research on the 40 day revised code. The legislation would only allow a concession stand to be in one location for 30 days before having to move to a new location.  Ontario City Council will talk more on the matter at its next meeting on September 5th.
